I would love to to give you hand and at the same time find out the cause of your not so pleasant experience and address it. Please send us an email with your Filtrbox details to support (at) filtrbox.com. I would love to look into your problem and get you to start benefiting from Filtrbox because Filtrbox is not in private beta testing anymore. We have been out of private beta since Monday and most of the posts that you saw on the community pages were posted during the beta testing. So far our users (save a few with special setup requirements) have begun to benefit greatly from Filtrbox and we’d be happy to add you to the list.
